    The property has a marvellous location, right by Shinkansen train station, the waterfall, and Takenaka museum, and the harbor out a large picture window. The breakfast was amazing and satisfactory, we greatly enjoyed a good choice of meals.

    The hotel is located directly at Shinkansen Station. There's a subway station at the hotel. Just perfect. The club rooms are worthwhile. You have free access to the lounge. The free breakfast is completely sufficient.

    Awesome place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

    it was in the middle of kobe, and just walking distance from ikutagawa park. there was a top-notch restaurant, a mall and a supermarket next door. early check in for a room that was already available and helpful service. moreover, there was a private parking.

    The excellent views from the room and the quality of breakfast at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The easy access to Shin-Kobe station made my travels seamless and enjoyable.

    Excellent hotel a step away from the shicansen line in Kobe. Excellent for visiting the city and moving around Japan if you have a JR pass. Marvelous breakfast!

    Had a blast with friends! We visited The Herb Guided Tour and loved touching the herbs. The Maiko Marine Promenade offered amazing views. The rides and shows were a great time too! Staff were friendly, and the location was super convenient. If you love scenery and fun activities, this place is awesome!

    Breakfast was very good and so was the selection. The proximity to the Shinkansen was very pleasant, so that Himeji, Osaka & Kyoto could be reached very fast, if you book the trains early enough, otherwise you wait 2-3 hours for the next free seat in the train. The Internet was very good and fast everywhere.

    the pool costs extra, namely 1000 Yen per person. Depending on the season the hotel can be very expensive.

    Fantastic bed and pillows. Great location for the bullet train as its connected to the station. If you're an IHG member you get late check out at 2pm.
